National-Scale Training & TA
9α's Public Health Team brings together more than 50 years of combined experience across prevention, behavioral health, evaluation, and healthcare systems. We support communities, states, tribal nations, territories and national partners in designing, implementing, and strengthening public health strategies that improve outcomes for youth, families, and populations disproportionately impacted by inequities.
In addition to subject matter expertise and strategic consulting, our team designs and operates national-scale training and technical assistance programs that reach practitioners across the country. We have supported national TA centers, developed evidence-based trainings and scientific translation tools, delivered webinars and workshops, and built TA systems that include intake, tracking, and outcome measurement.

Representative Examples
National Substance Use Prevention TA Center
Designed and operated a federally funded, multi-year national Technical Assistance Center serving all 50 states, territories, and tribal nations. 9α developed evidence-based training modules, delivered dozens of webinars and workshops, created scientific translation tools, and provided individualized TA to prevention professionals nationwide. We also built TA intake, tracking, and outcome measurement systems to support continuous improvement.
Multi-State Behavioral Health Training Initiative
Developed evidence-based curricula and delivered train-the-trainer workshops across multiple states to strengthen the behavioral health workforce. 9α built the supporting learning infrastructure (including LMS configuration) and provided post-training TA to ensure skills translated into practice.
Toolkit and Resource Development for Public Health Agencies
Created user-friendly toolkits, practitioner guides, and evidence-to-practice resources to support state and local agencies in implementing public health strategies. These tools include step-by-step implementation guides, templates, assessment frameworks, and training materials grounded in prevention science and health equity principles.
